So because you pretty much shoulder bumped someone you got charged with assault? Thats crazy. People are getting more and more pathetic these days. No offence to anyone living over in the uk (i'm sure it's a nice place to live) but the laws over there suck. (and yes i know how it's getting over here in the usa [no]) Been reading some stuff and it just amazes me what you can and can't do. Like if someone assaults you and you fight back, you can be charged with assault also. If someone breaks into your house, you can't touch them much less forcibly remove them w/out fear of being charged with assault or something along those lines.
Pretty much all right yeh. if someone broke in my house, unless i can prove i was in fear for my life i cant lay a finger on them or i will be charged with assault.

Like I said before, I think there's more to his story than he's letting on. I doubt you'd get convicted of assault just for bumping in to someone.

Remember, this is Walsall we're talking about. Where even Millwall fans fear to tred.

Someone breaks into my house, they'll be leaving in a bodybag!

Or rather a series of shoeboxes!!

After I've sliced and diced with my Katana.
