That is interesting, however I'm not aware how can a sound from a spacecraft be recorded. There's no air in the vacuum of space and thus not giving away any sound.

You sure about that ?
I´d think sound can travel very quick through space

No air=nothing for the sound to travel through=no sound. I'm sure Neeyik will confirm this.

Why would you need air for something to travel through? Radio frequencies have no problem traveling through space, why not audio frequencies?

Sounds as we humans hear it is vibration of matter. There is no matter in space so how can there be sound?

. . . has discovered a new way to extend the capabilities of small telescopes and has been able to achieve optical resolutions - at almost the diffraction limit - not commonly achievable. You serious?

Good, You bloody almost got me this time.

Just did a simple google on the subject. Interesting results. Basically the two sites I just visited basically says that empty space, sound will not travel or not travel well. Wow, didnt know that. Yet, the sound does exist. Space isnt a pure vaccuum. There are many floating atoms of gas floating around out there, just not enough to carry sound for the human ear to detect. Using a sensitive microphone, then the sound could be recorded. Hence, a blackhole 250 million light years away is sending out a B-Flat sound that was just recently recorded.

I don't see how it's the same at all. You don't need anything to fly through, just space.

Sound travels as a vibration through a medium, in space there's nothing for it to 'knock' on to so it doesn't travel. The actual speed of sound (in atmosphere) changes according to altitude as well because of the difference in air pressure.

yep you're right. But couldnt all these 'objects' just be debris from previous space missions? ¬_¬

sound is pressure waves.

radio frequency are electromagnetic waves.

Opinions ?
Opinion? Utterly meaningless - and I don't mean that because I'm "non-believer of UFOs" or anything like that. There's no information of the image recording system or what magnification was used; there's no sign whatsoever to suggest that the "UFO" images use the same settings as for the claimed images of the ISS. Satellite dishes pick up microwave transmissions not sound waves, although anybody with some electronics experience could easily make a device that generates a sound. Small telescopes at their maximum possible magnification are indeed limited by diffraction, but if Rense is claiming that this person has somehow made things better, using the ISS shots as proof, then he's ignoring the fact that there are thousands of amateur astronomers around the world, with considerably better telescopes (such as here or here), who've no doubt also taken shots of other satellites, but not suddenly leapt to the conclusion that governments are somehow hiding super-stealth spacecraft from us.

True, you didn't say that but given your track record on the subject here, I don't think it was to much a jump to think that the idea was lurking in your mind!

yes I know but everything like that is out of focus or from a great distance.

hell I could take a pic of the moon/crater on it thats in space but that wouldn't be out of focus
