Default Weights Program
I have a bench very similar to this one...

I was just wondering if anyone knew of some good weights programs that i could do at home? Im looking to build/tone up a little and i really dont have time for the gym nor the cash at the moment.

I have a barbell, dumbells and about 70kg of various weights. And ofcourse the bench like in the pic. Just after some free weights training i can do in my spare time. Kind of like a program of reps, sets etc.

what is your plan with these weights? i know you said build/tone but are you looking at putting on a lot of mass, a little but with definition or lose fat as well??

also how long and how often are you looking to train?
