Yes but the population of China is very concentrated along the coast, I doubt there are very many cell towers inland.
only 40% of Chinese live in urban areas...

That leaves 60% (roughly 700 million) spread throughout the countryside

I would say the RAZR's didn't fail as much as percieved. It was just the fact that everyone and their mother had the phone so hearing about it's failing was quite common. Additionally, they were fragile phones and giving a fragile piece of technology to most people = fail. If you take care of your phone though, it is not going to just randomly die.

All Motorola cellphones have a 'higher then industry standard' fail rate. In fact, Motorola doesn't care about their fail rate percentage as long as they keep the number units sold high. Not a company method I agree with personally.

Well considering that most the people on here are techies, i'd think we have more respect of technology and would be a bit more carefull with our cellphones.
