meh, who cares about a young rich woman who has done nothing for society going to jail for drinking and driving several times? It happens everyday and no one but this girl gets publicity. I think its a crime that she gets all this publicity, and that there is even this thread about it all......

the judge Saur seems pretty adamant to make sure sheriff blunder-ass doesn't fek-up his orders this time and get Hilton to do the remainder of 45 days sentence.

also what's this rubbish of her home stay counting as good behaviour?
it's said that normally inmates get 1 day off for good behaviour for every 4 days served? so how does she get from 45 days sentence to 23 days with only a few days at home?

Lots of conflicting reports. The judge said 45 for sure, but when the sheriff was on TV he stated it have been reduced again. Probably him talking out hit ass though [rolleyes]

I have been laughing my ass off over this. Its a total hoot. If she were my daughter I would be ashamed of her hysterical behavior. She did the crime...now she should suck it up and pay the price like we "normal" people would be expected to do.
