You mean like Gerrad's (pending God Status) impersonation of an Italian?

What he said.

I'm disgusted with that performance, Andorra are part-timers, no two ways about it ... if we cant break down their defence how are we expected to beat Italy/Germany/Spain/Portugal "IF" we qualify?

Sack steve.
It's not just the coaches fault he's stuck with **** players who are so blinded by their own ego, they can't see the rest of their team.

The first half was some of the most dire football I have ever witnessed. Granted Andorra's tactics were built around putting 11 men behind the ball, but lets face it they are team of part-timers, they are not likely to go on an all out attack. England looked like they simply couldn't care at all, terrible passing, no enthusiasm. Pathetic, to sum it up. I don't think the second half display was that much better, if they were playing Croatia or Russia they'd have been torn apart. Luckily it was a team of postmen so they weren't.

Still, Wales 3 - San Marino 0! Gareth Bale's strike was top quality, I hope now that Man Utd come in for him in the summer.

David Healy got 2 good strikes for Northern Ireland Vs Sweden too.

Man Utd need Hargreaves and an all out striker... Luca Toni would be nice.

Hargreaves fo' sho'.
As for the striker situation.... I'm not sure who can fill that role. If only we could build a time machine and re-sign Ruud when he was 25.

Alves who is at Dutch side Herenveen has got 26 goals in 25 games this season...pretty impressive. Also scored 6 UEFA cup goals in 3 games.

Is he tried and tested at the highest level though? (no offence to the Dutch league).

I wouldnt mind Utd getting Fernando Torres ... Spanish International with Champions League experience.
