Default No Added Sugar. So is this Sexually Provocative?
http://media.guardian.co.uk/site/sto...007508,00.html

Specifically the Punctuality image. http://image.guardian.co.uk/sys-imag...dSugarA384.jpg

What do you reckon the usual storm in a tea cup or the offensive sexual exploitation of children as it was described by one pundit on BBC this morning.

Is that the same magazine that was doing that type of thing before?

Anyways... I'm very hard to offend and I take **** over the edge and such with jokes. However, when you have people taking clearly provocative pictures of tots, it's just so wrong. There is no if's, and's, or but's... It's just wrong. [yes]\

EDIT: Read more of the article, and I noticed they used the word "provocative". They stole the thunder of my post.

I don't think it has ever been in trouble before it's a catalog not a magazine.

So are you saying you found that image sexual provocative? hmmm. I feel the making up of kids etc. is a bit odd but I did't feel any of it was provocative.

Punctuality - I'm sorry, but there's no other way to take that image. She's wearing what looks like the same makeup/clothes local street corners hookers wear.. and that caption so does not help the situation. That line is something I'd expect from a child molester, not a clothing catalog.

Is it? I don't know but isn't a pedophile interested in the innocent young child these are children made up to look like adults would that really appeal to a child molestor? I don't think the average pedo hangs outside the school yard or the playground looking for kids who like adults or look like hookers he's looking out for some one who looks vunerable easy prey.

That said the hookers near you sound fairly conservative, if they wear woolen tights and necklines that high.

As far as I understand pedophilia, it's an 'appreciation' of how the child will look when mature, not necessarily how they look now. Considering that, these images play right to pedophilia.

From what I've read about definitions about the word Pedophile, it can mean to have a physical attraction to a child. However it doesn't mean a Pedophile molests the child. However there is a strong chance Pedophiles actually molest.

It sort of makes sense because you don't get charged with "pedophilia charges" you get "charged with child molestation".

I guess society has sort of blended them, together. If you have one then you have the other too.

True. They lump pedo's into one group. Regardless if you look but don't touch whatever its all one group.

What about a girl a couple months old on all fours with a wet diaper and the words "don't keep her waiting" with a pampers logo in the corner?

As long as its not the "edgy and provocative" line of pampers and the baby isn't wearing trashy makeup. Babies crawl, young girls walk. Besides, you change the baby... what exactly is the girl waiting for the gentleman to provide? That's a line you'd see on valentines day marketing for jewelry "Diamonds, she'll pretty much have to".

Its situational, a young girl dressed in adult clothes on all 4's is an entirely different situation and it is not something thats subjective to the individual viewer.

Clearly ****ed up. The tagline is what makes it. Perhaps the image alone could be excused (not sure how), but the line confirms the intent.

Nope, people need to have something constructive to do, rather than come up with this BS!
There IS some imagery used in advertising and some of the clothing lines are certainly of poor taste and of designs that would be more appropriate for a much older person - if at all.

I just took a look at how much the clothing costs. Now, it's ok to spend that much on yourself if you are an adult and have the money to do so, but spending so much money on children's clothing that they are going to grow out of in 3 months is just spoiling them.

Having said that if I had a son and had the money he would be the most stylish kid in his grade school. If I had a daughter ... meh, let the wife take care of her clothing.

The reason behind this clothing is simple. Kids don't buy themselves clothing - parents do. This "No Added Sugar" apparel is just a way for the parents to relive their sexually sheltered lives through their children. They see themselves as their children and those spoiled housewives who don't get any hot dickings from their busy, secretary humpin' husbands are just trying to live through the lives of the children. I am not saying that it's right, but that type of **** happens all the time whether it be sending your child to an acting school at the age of 3 or dressing up the child as a sex deprived *****.

It's only going to get worse with time and the only thing that can save humanity is... Jesus Christ and Buddha holding hands and building an enormous ship while the rain starts to poor.

Who said it was a gentleman? It could be refering to her mother. As for the diamonds- yes, she'll pretty much have to thank you for buying expensive jewelry.

I'd usually agree here (on the overspending on children), but I don't think kids will be spoiled wearing expensive clothing. I don't even know that they'd be aware of the fact the clothing is expensive.

hot dickings
[rofl]
