In the past, I have run after them with big sticks, backed over them with the truck and busted a few caps. On only one occasion did we violently beat the deer because the three of us couldn't manage to snap its neck and when my buddy hit it with his tire iron across the head the tire iron broke, resulting in further violence. [yes]
did you know theres a law called unlawfull killing which you can possibly be arrested over because of your actions ? < in the US dunno about the law over there.

but if your from the UK you can

a bloke was recently arrested and sent to prison for 4 years for repeatedly running over a cat after he hit it, instead of calling the RSPCA

he was caught on CCTV.

so in sort if you think backing over an animal to mercy kill it to put it out of its misery you can be charged under the animal cruelty act in the UK

crazy eh .

If your not joking, then I find it so hard to believe that the Police have enabled you to have a concealed firearms licence, when you clearly have issues that need resolving, before you should be allowed to carry anything other than a spud gun.

I'm just so glad I live in the UK, where no one thinks its their god given right to keep vast collections of firearms at home, and if they did, they would'nt be allowed to anyway.

I was joking, but obviously some people have more serious issues than the ones they claim I have. Funny how it's those that are associated with troublemakers themselves that are the ones that are so quick to criticize... Do you honestly think a forged steel tire iron could break by hitting a piece of bone??? If so, you need to learn a little bit about metallurgy.

As for putting deer out of their misery that have been struck by vehicles? Yes, I have shot two of them because their bodies were broken and they were obviously suffering greatly.
Well the **** that people post on here I figured you were'nt joking!
Nice to know you were, though!

And is this a reference to me... "associated with troublemakers themselves",
That might be true on this forum, but in my working life, I'm as good as gold, since my career requires that I stay outta trouble or I could lose my licence, then I'd be stuffed (much like those deer)!

And forged steel tire irons are usually pretty crap, and probably would break if wrapped around the skull of a deer, I've had one snap in my hands when I was pushing down on it removing some wheel nuts, so I know their pretty fragile, at the best of times.

And at least if you do hit anything you put it outta its misery, as long as its with a bullet and not a large stick then thats fine with me.

Although it could be good practise for beating a mexican pinata.
