Am I the first one to say this?

IRIVER WOOOOOOO [rofl]

But seriously though, they get my vote. Their designs are awesome and products are iniative. I own an Iriver U10 myself, it's small, no bigger than it's screen due to the touchscreen-sorta screen plays videos and looks hot! Also it's a flash player, so it'll last long its battery, I don't need 10gigs of space, let alone more (seriously who does have 200+ cds they want to put on their mp3players)

The ipod killer is the Sandisk Sansa e200s, Zune just blows.

(Well, flash-based mp3 players that is, ie. nano)

IRIVER owns all[thumbup]

i have a Creative Vision:M 60gb though... its way better then any ipod but as far as i see it no one touches the sound IQ of IRIVER. I just wish they would come out with a larger capacity player thats along the lines in design to the Clix as they top off at only 4GB

...also, what limits on music do iPods have?
For music bought off Music Store; you can burn it to a disk 7 times per song file, you can transfer it to your iPod and play it as much as you want, you can play it on your computer as much as you want, and you can transfer it to other computers and play a file as long as it's an authorized computer (you get 5 authorizations).

Music that are imported from CDs have no restrictions.

Both types of music (unrestricted and restricted) can be accessed from any authorized computer on a network, and played unlimited amount of times.

So about the only limit it has is you can only burn SEVEN copies of it! Or buy FIVE new computers. Those limits don't seem to hold you back very much. Also, once it's on a CD you're able to just rip it back as a .wav and have no DRM if you need to burn the 10th or 20th copy or something. It's kind of crazy what limits the Zune does have, from my understanding any music from Napster or any other service that used to work with MS's DRM will not play on Zune. Zune will not work with iTunes music and Zune users can't setup their Zune to act as an open device to share music. Someone has to ask the other person to beam them a song rather then just look around to see what they have and pull something off the other Zune. I'm not sure if Zune market songs can be burned to CD's or not.

What I'm saying is for MS to jump in so late with something that really can't bring anything new to the game all those limits just add to reasons why it will have a hard time in the market.

Man, I feel dumb. I read the title of this thread and took it literally, so I was expecting the guy to break the Zune infront of the camera or something. [surrender]
