Wierd story dude,
All i can say is back off,.. You don´t want a serious relationship with somebody that calls the cops on you. Geesh,.. My advice, go to the cops, hear them out and then forget about the girl. I saw her probably only 6 times, the second last time she dropped by to give me her old mobile phone as mine simply couldn't hold a charge for the hour or so our conversations lasted. Seems like she likes me alot eh? |

So you didnt realise that what she was infact trying to tell you is that she had some **** whilst she was away and no longer wants anything to do with you. The problem I had was that she seemed mentally depressed, given that she doesn't actually have any real close friends I was honestly worried for her well being. Knowing 2 people who have commited suicide tends to make you feel that way I guess ![]() Edit. Well just got back from the station. I got a notice of proceedings, it's an application for a "personal protection order". Thankfully there is a little sanity involved and mediation has to take place first on Friday, each of us in different rooms speaking to a mediator. |

Sounds like she banged one of her childhood friends when she was staying with mummy and Now your not good enough for her.
Shame you did'nt keep the 200 emails and 100 texts, go a large way to proving whose more of a stalker, you or her? Or did you? I'd just tell them what you've written here, more concisely though. She sounds like a total fruitcake, so IMO you've had a lucky escape. Like someone said, she only has to cry rape once and your rep is f*cked, possibly for life. |

True. Also for her to even apply for a personal protection order, there has to be a catalogued history of violence from the named person. Mediation does not take place in a personal protection order, its gone too far, and mediation is only brought in if there is monetary/asset factors involved. Something doesn't ring right here. |

Notice of proceedings comes through the post, not a police station, its a legal notice of intent. I find it funny (ironically) that on the list of things she has ticked, she ticked and then scribbled out the tick, this The respondent to give the aggrieved person particular personal property that is in the respondent's possession and is reasonably needed by the aggrieved person or a child/children of the aggrieved person, namely (specify property): She was probably thinking of claiming I should give her phone back, then realised I already did. |

I'm gonna have to agree with that. When a woman says leave me alone you just do it, especially with a relationship that had only gone on for that short a period of time. When a woman threatens a restraining order what on earth would give you the idea to call her again? It's clear she wasn't interested. I think she may have gone over-board by actually taking a restraining order out but at least she's the type of girl that does what she says she's going to do that's rare these days... |

True, obviously I see it was dumb now. At the time though things just didn't sit right, I waited 2 weeks and thought perhaps she had calmed down enough. Her character had changed so dramatically my concern was of her mental health. As I mentioned before I've had two people I know commit suicide, I'll be damned if I was going to sit by with that in the back of my mind. Unfortunately, bat **** crazy or not there isn't much you can do for her now. |

That's what I thought, the info I can find says the same, but yet the police want me to go down to the station? I was at work when they called, so naturally I didn't want a long conversation and didn't ask questions. I sincerely hope it's a wind up from my mates, but unfortunatly I don't think it is. |

The police called you at work, you sure it ain't a work mate having a laugh or something Only time they would do that, is if you were under an enforced restraining order (signed by both parties and a judge, and you had breached it, then they don't call, ....well they do call, .....in person, bringing handcuffs. |
