$80/mo. Ugh. This is JUST the modem/internet service. No phone lines, no cable TV, no frills.
And as was written to another user before, sometimes there AREN'T any cheaper options at the same speed tier. In my area thats the way it is Verizon keeps saying FIOS soon, but they never deliver. I'd jump in a heart beat just to deny Comcast the $$$ of some provider could offer the same service at a lessor cost. ![]() --- Post Update --- We totally get reamed in Canada. Videotron is super reliable, but very expensive |

Disregard my sig.
New speeds are 100/100 @ $61/mo The speeds in my sig used to be rated 50/50 @ $61/mo, but my ISP doubled the bandwidth on the lowest three tiers for no charge. This 50/50 package would cost me $50/mo if I had it now. Prices here are bundled with half of the bundle savings taken off actual prices. Normal prices are $58 and $70. Going to be switching TV service soon to my ISP. Save almost $100/mo from the next cheapest competitor (and my bill) for at least similar TV package. No one competes here as far as internet goes. |

£35 for 100mb down, 10mb up with Virgin Media, this is for the cable internet only. Reliability is usually very good in my area, my internet is up 99% of the time throughout the year and I get my full speed down and up 24hrs a day.
This speed is going up to 120mb down and maybe around 12mb up by the end of the year for the same price. ![]() |
