How to hide used items on Amazon & Play.com !?
 

I'm trying to look for a new camera for work (not used by me but for my workplace to have it) and on Amazon I can filter my price range - great, but I can't filter off ****ing used items. I want to buy a NEW camera and preferably from AMAZON and not some random seller who I don't know and may not have any warranty with.

I also tried Play.com and found this was exactly the same in which I could filter my price range / desired camera but almost all of them were 'used' or ****ing lens-less. Is there a website outside where I can actually buy directly from them a new camera at the price I want and is new and not ****ing second hand?!

Is the camera you're after one that's not discontinued?

I'm not after a particular camera, I'm just looking for a camera but it needs to be be new and up to £400. I can filter the price range but I can't filter it being new / not used (and from some random place)

The closest thing is the "fulfilled by amazon" check box.

I agree with you. If I want used parts or a different seller I will go to ebay. I don't like that stuff littering up my amazon searches.

A lot of people prefer to use Amazon for buying/selling second hand items.

As for new items what does it matter if its not actually Amazon selling it? You still have all your consumer rights, plus Amazon's own protection.

Nothing in that link disproves anything I've said. I did not say that everyone prefers Amazon, nor did I say most people do. What I said was that a lot do, which should be clear enough if one hangs around various forums - peoe are for ever complaining about the way eBay is run.

If anything that link backs me up because it says Amazon's numbers are growing.

lol. But the larger number is on the ebay side.... which means a lot of people still prefer ebay to amazon.

Purextc69, I have no idea what you are going on about. Bungle is right. Anything sold on Amazon is covered by Amazon itself. Anyone that prefers eBay to amazon is woefully ignorant, and deserves to get f**ked in the bunglehole.

You wouldn't have any idea what I am going on about if you can't read...I never said he was wrong about things being sold on Amazon being covered by Amazon, because that is correct. I never mentioned it. And i agree with your second statement. But the fact is more people visit ebay than Amazon...

Bungle is right on this occasion. A lot of people do like Amazon for second hand items. This statement has nothing to do with ebay.

He was responding to someone's comment about preferring to go to ebay. So it did have something to do with it.
