I'd rather see her sisters. That said, it seems to me they have no case as far as suing. She was in the open. Just because the nearest road is 1 mile away doesn't mean no one can see you. They keep saying that because the photo's are 'intimate', that it breaks privacy laws. Doesn't look any more intimate than what I have seen on the French coast... and no one gets sued for taking topless beach pics there.

Those pics were worth, what? $1-5m? Common sense says if you don't want your boobs in the paper, don't let em free outside. Meh.
