Is MNCs superior to Indian companies?? I am asking this because I have offer letters from an MNC as well as from an Indian company.I am very much confused, that which one I should opt, so that it will be always a good decision for my career.Please give suggestions friends..

Yes, they are always on their words, they always follow pre decided rule, they never try to cheat you in form, if you are doing correct you will get what you deserve.

Agreed, In India most of the companies have MD's who are parasite they suck their employees blood till they leave, and after that tease them by keeping their document/payment/deposits. Its really bad they are not human being they promise something deliver nothing and take your everything.

Great description, but it doesn't mean MNC don't do that it depends how good relation you have with your company. If you are good everyone will be good for you if you are not you will feel every thing like hell.
