Stroke is suffered by saxophonist Wess "Warmdaddy" Anderson
 

A stroke was suffered by wess "Warmdaddy" Anderson on Friday, July 20, 2007. Along with slurred speech there clearly was some paralysis on his left side. Wess was hurried to Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan where he's increased. He's sensation and get a handle on on his left side and is speaking. His family and Wess have a great post-Katrina scenario up in Michigan, but I understand they miss New Orleans greatly. His colleagues and friends here join me in wishing him a quick recovery.
