Default Got my Porter-Cable 7424! Some Questions...
I've published this in a few different boards, but was wanting many people here might understand what they certainly were speaing frankly about. My kit was just got by me in today and this is exactly what I got: http://www.coastaltool.com/cgi-bin/S...028+1180013129 the DVD: http://www.coastaltool.com/cgi-bin/S...028+1180013199 and additional Pad (6" light wool mat ): http://www.coastaltool.com/cgi-bin/S...028+1180013199 Today the DVD I acquired served out a lot on the best way to make use of the porter wire but nearly left me with increased questions than answers. The car that the man was doing was a classic car with a lacquer color which I'd no idea what that was until seeing the movie. He first claybar'd it and then used pace glaze before using the polish. Once the man was showing the movie, he'd about 20 bottles of McGuire's car car material which I wasn't pleased about because I don't wish to obtain more car garbage. I simply wish to use my porter wire! My problem is this; may I let it dry, and then and just clear my vehicle well just use the foam contractor it included to utilize the wax, then use the lamb wool pad to simply take the wax out, or clean it off manually? Or must I purchase the pace glaze material or clay club a car before using ANY type of machine tool on my car? EDIT: Car is just a MKIV 2004 GTI (dark)
