The community really wants to go Jay Leno's prime-time 30-minute display to 11:35 and break the rules O'Brian's time position to begin half an hour later. NBC says that the change might occur on February 12 in the beginning of the Wintertime Olympics activities. O'Brian says that the transfer would permanently change the strength of the Tonight Show, which for many, many, many years, has usually started at 11:30 or 11:35.
