Bleh.... Yes, therefore my Realtors came around for an examination today....without offering any soft caution whatsoever.. to me. They have often given me two week's caution in the past...this enables me to time to provide my dog to my mother for the morning (I'm prohibited to have animals) and clear the area up... They discovered I'd your dog and I'd not weeded the gardens for months or had the rugs shampooed... They certainly were like our contract has been breached by "you, so underneath the RTA dated blah blah...according to area blah blah...we are giving thirty days to you notice to leave the premises...blah blah...." I know that if I won't keep, simply because they will need to make an application for a judge foreclosure order then and obtain it accepted a long time is taken by that I will manage to increase that to 3 weeks. Meanwhile, I own an extremely good 2 BR shack in the united states I will reside in (on half an that I purchased with my divorce settlement )...it's nice and clean and doesn't flow or anything...problem is, it's no running water, energy or sewer...( this is exactly why I'm leasing). Therefore, I've been spending all day long on ebay taking a look at composting bathrooms, solar power panels, lightweight bathrooms, DC converters/appliances and I'm likely to purchase some water tanks and a pump...( I'll have $12,000 to pay once the profits of my grandmother's will comes through...which will simply take 2-3 weeks). I can also put that lease money in to the shack and renovate/extend....although it's going to simply take me years to get all the 'creature comforts' I'm used to (the very first thing I'll do is to put in a 'builder's post', so I can at rent possess some mains capacity to work several small electric devices). I'd have to have done all of this ultimately anyway, but my ideas have somewhat been sped-up by these real-estate bastards. I dislike living under a microscope' and needing to comply with other people's standards...having them 'invade my privacy' therefore to speak...so I'm perhaps not upset by this at all, actually. I'm a little irritated at the 'trouble' and all the trouble I'm now going to have to undergo, but I'm convinced that the remainder of my entire life is going to be one long 'hiking journey.' LOL
