How can they choose what applications to exhibit in the iPhone advertisement?
 

Do the apps be chosen by Apple, or when they could be within an advertisement do apple asked by the makers of the apps? Also who gives who? Since each time I see one which seems interesting I'm right on iTunes to find out more about it it must certanly be very profitable for application manufacturers!
