Default Therefore if Australia and Africa have been in droughts, does it rain more elsewhere?
Only a question here, It would appear that you study more and more about negative droughts around the world, particularly in Australia and areas of Africa. Therefore if there are droughts there, does that mean that in certain other areas of the planet it's raining more or there's more water there now? Undoubtedly the water didn't just vanish.
