This really is so silly, it's interesting. Bought a few SD memory cards from Overclockers a week ago. Good cost, at significantly less than 8 for 1GB card. Supported my Sat Nav with one card. Worked just fine. Arrived at perform a work friends Sat Nav, the 2nd card wouldn't create. It only said the information was damaged. Tried removing with no chance, so I chose to obtain a alternative and reunite the card, as I'm only 18 miles from Overclockers. Got there and told them the issue. The man behind the table then brings an RMA type for me to complete. I mentioned to him "what's this for." He explained "you need certainly to fill this out so we are able to obtain the card tested." Therefore I said "you are kidding. You would like me to complete an RMA type FOR AN 8 MEMORY!! Have you been taking the piss ?" !! He explained "everything that gets delivered needs to be tested." Therefore I said to him "well, I need it screening at this time and I'm not leaving till it gets done. Therefore possibly have it examined AT THIS TIME or do the smart matter, and get me an upgraded card." Therefore he got the card directly to the rear to get tested. That's when everything started off. Still another guy in-the store, who'd been waiting an to find out what was going on with a motherboard he ordered straight back 5 days before, believed to the guy behind the table "I have been waiting an to find out what's happening with my motherboard. I'd like it working out now." To which he answered "I can go and discover out" After about fifteen minutes he returned and explained "your card is defective. I'll have an upgraded acquired through." He explained to the other man "we've only discovered your motherboard, it's gone in to the queue." He explained "I sent it back 5 days before. I had been told it'd be 48 hours at one of the most. Have it examined now." He responded "We will not reach it today. We're very busy and we're prohibited to leap the queue", Obviously, he was not pleased about any of it, and said "You have only jumped the line with this man. It's perhaps not his fault, however you have only examined his card before everthing else. Why cant you do my panel?? I've waited 5 days." It had been at this time my replacement card was bought out by them and I left the store. Another man was still at it however, and so I dont know what else happened. If that's the caliber of service they provide, perhaps it's worth spending a bit extra and going elsewhere. [rolleyes]
