Washington's an excellent place for visitors to go to. A great deal of galleries and lots of history. If you visit, make certain you begin to see the World War II memorial and the National Air and Space Museum (esp. the Udvar-Hazy middle in Northern Virginia). You will get virtually everywhere in DC on foot or by train. I actually do not believe resorts in america broadly speaking demand for parking but parking in-the town could be a massive pain. Pittsburgh's exciting but I actually do not believe there's just as much to do as in Washington and it also is simpler to get around Washington by walking. Also many links in Pittsburgh and not-as many attractions.
