In ILLinois, first-year individuals will also be restricted to just how many other youths they could have in the vehicle together. They declare it's saved lives but any study I have seen was not definitive. To some degree I can agree with this principle since having an initial year driver trying to focus with a 6 other kiddies in the vehicle can result in harmful condititions. However it boils down to personal abilities. Some are very responsible and having a few children with no problems would be presented by them. Therefore would you punish all to save your self several lives. I believe limiting first-year individuals is ok and as more experience is acquired by them the limitation must rapidly be paid off.
