Default Is my ISP capping/limiting my down load rates?
I've a point with Cox but I never experienced packages rates about 1.2mbit. That's like installing from the remarkably popular resource like Microsoft or anything, never goes above 1.2mbit. The strange thing is I called Cox about that nowadays and we did a speedtest and the outcomes were much more astonishing. I obviously got speeds three times of this which I'm spending money on, over 27mbit down load speeds (See picture). They said it's not unusual that many people get higher DL rates compared to deal they purchase. Therefore might it be that cox is somehow capping my download rates? Why may I never use my DL speeds full potential, even on the quickest of down load resources, like FTPs and so on?
