Create a quality website with content that is allowed by Adsense and try again.
Without posting a URL to your site, we have no way of telling you what is wrong with it or what might need to be changed.

Did you have images close to the adsense ad units? As Tearabite mentioned you need good content otherwise they'll disapprove you every time!

The ages doesnt really a matter, but the quality of the site. As per information by adsense, your site not approved due to Unacceptable site content, it can be low quality content or content that against adsense TOS
