when the C.I.A used super-loud "heavy metal music" as a military weapon?

In Canada, Toronto Police just ordered American sound cannons. That's so sad.

I realise that this pic is not in the same class it is the system on the Ade Gil aka Earthrace the one that the Jap Whalers sank, I was on it in Tauranga NZ. Not bad for a portable.
