The spice 32 form helps incorporate a company with a single application for reservation of name and incorporating a newly-made company and application for allotment of DIN. From my knowledge of this type of form, a lawyer cannot sign it, but a Company Secretary can. However, I'm not sure about this, and I think it would be better to seek professional advice on this matter from a real estate litigation attorney. Also, several types of companies can be incorporated using the spice 32 form, such as a Part I Company, a ProducerCompany, or a Section 8 Company.
