It just occurred to me that the river is called "Test", which is faintly to moderately awesome. The river mouth could be called a Testuary, which sounds like a place for storing naughty bits of dead saints that have been preserved through time.

And if there was a waterfall on that river, it would freeze in winter and form icy testicles.
