I was stationed at Travis and lived in both Vacaville and Fairfield. Joseph |

Yeah, congrats MrFun!
Welcome to our whacky state. I live up there for 5 years, and I'm glad I'm not there any more. Not because you're moving there, but because there's too many gays there. ![]() ![]() I actually liked that area. When I lived in Davis it was 80, to the 101, to 680 to 880... everything down there is an 80... 280, 580, 680, 880... it's rather confusing. |

I just want to get to my destination, so I won't be doing much sight seeing along the way. I may have time to check an interesting place or two while in Salt Lake City overnight. ![]() |

Congrats. If you're in Salt Lake City and a pretty girl comes up to you and starts chatting, don't worry, they're not hitting on you. They're just trying to convert you. (no silly, to be a Mormon) One of them walked around and came up to me, and started babbling self-righteous nonsense. So then I said, "As a gay man, I would not feel welcomed in the Mormon community." He said something like that gays are welcome if they repent, and abstain from homosexual behavior. Then I said, "Have a nice day." |

I don't think talking to me in a condescending tone is being respectful toward me. |
