To make an analogy to criminal justice, even if you are innocent, a lot of the time your attorney will recommend you cut a deal and plead guilty.
I would never have a client plead to the max. I'd make them prove it. Deals are only for something "lesser"

Lance Armstrong is probably the single most tested athlete in history because the French can't stand the thought of an American winning their tournament. See my answer to TMM above.

The physical trophies don't mean much if you know you didn't earn it.
Then why would anyone bother to cheat?

Do the USADA even have the power to strip him of titles? I thought only the UCI had that power...well, them and CAS.

So? He did it with only one testicle!

First, co-accused testify against one another all the time. If you think this is unfair you could streamline you judicial system overnight.

Secondly, you act as if a positive test is the only legitimate evidence.

Wrong on both counts my friend.
Thirdly, The US attorney in LA just finished a two year investigation without filing charges.

Fourthly, neither the ICU nor the ACO is taking this at face value.

Fifthly, the judge that threw out Armstrong's case said that he had, and I quote, “misgivings about USADA’s conduct leading up to and during this case,” and said the agency was “acting according to less noble motives.”

Sixthly, this defense would likely have lasted until 2016 and cost further millions.

You need to see the whole picture.

Which made me wonder why you would hold such a view....

I checked Limbaugh to see what his opinion is.

Dittoheads are fun.

Yes, I can see how that would only make the feeling of betrayal all the more wrenching.
