Getting booted out soon but I found a house, a 25K fixer upper while I can also live there, setup my print shop, drop a few bucks and turn it for over 100K
Used the realty message system Thursday morning and an agent called right back, told her the parcel info and she said she would pull all the information and email it to me. This house just came back online after another 30K drop in price. The nice lady told me she would get more information to me by this morning. No information and no calls, she didn't answer her cell and her office said she had stepped out... (probably getting the information for me right?) Well guess what, after being on zillow for 43 days suddenly today at about 10am the status of the house was taken off the market with contract pending... Ain't that a fvcking bitch... http://www.realtor.com/realestateand...3_M86022-55317 Fuck waiting for a beggars loan, we are now looking for a house in the 1000 to 9000 range and flip it. This sucks. Just sayin. |

I'm confused - did you go straight to the listing agent, or did you contact a 3rd party? |

I suggest you file a compliant with whatever state agency licenses real estate agents and brokers in Tenn. That's complete horseshit.
Are you aware that the term 'Realtor' is a trademarked term and is something real estate agents and brokers have to pay for to use? It has nothing to do with state licensing other than one has to be licensed by the state to be qualified to pay for its use. Yes, in the future I suggest you track down the owner as listed in the property records. If they want you to go thru their listing agent, then get the name of that listing agent directly from them. |

Did you end up here as a result of clicking an ad link on some other site? Most (ALL) ad links will take you somewhere where you are supposed to give them all your personal information, and then some dipshits will bother you for the rest of your life. Did you maybe click on one of those links? Do you really think that Obama wants to pay your mortgage and clicked on it?
Edited to add: How do I say this: You are not bestowed with the judgment that is required for one to be successful in life. Ban me if you must, it is not an attack. It's a pretty bang-on observation. |

there's a whole subset of the realtor culture that doesn't even try to sell things. they just like to list properties because it's easy. then, some other agent can sell it, and they get a cut. i know guy who works for caldwell banker, he's always the #1 producer in my old town, sells maybe 1 property a year. he's the listing king, however.

Contacting the owner is the way to go.
Real Estate Agents are over compensated, not needed, and only increase costs unnecessarily. ...Yes, in the future I suggest you track down the owner as listed in the property records. If they want you to go thru their listing agent, then get the name of that listing agent directly from them. |
