There are posters on this site that advocate policies that lead directly to this sort of **** happening with regularity. In fact, at least one of these posters (ahem) argues that this is just a statistical anomaly that we needn't worry ourselves with.

I was about to make this point. I'd say a suitable waiting period should last at least long enough for us to be reasonably certain that no member of Apolyton is involved in any way.

That could take months. We have many infrequent posters.

edit - We've also had posters in war zones. Some topics would be virtually of limits.

Asher obviously has a different opinions. But I guess he should just keep his mouth shut whenever people get killed because discussing the causes of their deaths would be so disrespectful.

There's no single word for "appearing to not actually give more than a fraction of a **** for the actual victims, but still happy to use their deaths as fodder for an interminable political pissing-match that never goes anywhere, without ever knowing or caring what said victims believed in, lived for or wished for themselves." At least, not in English. Probably German has a word, but it'll be more than twenty syllables.
