Default Were you ever involved in a fistfight where you hit back when you were a pre-teen?
Actually as a pre-teen, I think yes. I think in like 3rd grade and stuff, I got in at least one fight. I tended to avoid fights at around age 12, though. That didn't last until teenager-dom.

Teenager? Of course. I've even been in multiple fistfights as an adult, as well.

The only fist fight I was in, I was the only one who got a swing in.

What I love about these threads is that you normally get a good 95% of people admitting to have got into fights claiming to have won them.
We've just never fought each other.

I wouldn't call mine a fight.

I suckerpunched him when he threatened to out me to my HS. Caught him off-guard and he fell into a curb, chipping a tooth and some friends broke it up immediately.

The ass still has a chipped front tooth.

Believe it or not, I didn't get involved in a fistfight(like, seriously malicious thing) with anyone until I was in the USN.

I would say that about 50% of the fights I were in were inconclusive, due to them being broken up or just a general lack of commitment on the part of all concerned. About 15% I definitely won, and the remaining 35% I got soundly battered in.

I have been in a handful of fights. None were more than scuffles.

He has so many to choose from, it's hard to say which one is most notable.

His disability that is most obvious is mental retardation. He wasn't bullied because in Canada we do not bully mental retards. We give them popsicles and send them to special ed. Sometimes we make up excuses for going to special schools, like "you can't hear well and they don't let deaf people in public schools".

Leaving out the fact that I was the top student in my class in a school of 400 kids in that grade.

As for the bullies - I was short Irish kid with a temper. Somebody tried to sit on me - ended up crying to his mom. One guy wanted to fight so I hit him, busted his nose - got detention and after that pretty much nobody messed with me.

Third time was a bit funny - toughest kid in the school jumps me picks me up to spin me straight out of bel air, but I grabbed his chain. He starts up the spin and breaks his nice and fancy chains. Drops me, bends over to pick up his stuff and I walk away.

3 fights nobody landed a hit on me.

I have always wondered what happens after people with retardation graduate from special schools? At what level do special schools stop?

Mental retards can occasionally be dangerous, however.

All of my fights were in the preteen years except for 2. Lost one when I was about 18 or 19, and a draw when I was 21.

Most of my preteen fights were with 1 or the other of my 2 best friends.

ACK!
