Ya'll are ignoring the important issue here: what are Biden's chances of being on the ticket again after forcing Obama to make this announcement? I imagine they're not good; Obama can't be happy about Joe's big mouth potentially jeopardizing his re-election. |

Brave move going into the general election (ignoring his flip flopping on the issue and kind of being pressured into it by Biden's big mouth). |

It wasn't savvy, dude; Biden and the resulting press/donor criticism of Obama's ridiculous "evolving views" forced his hand. It may end up being a net positive politically, but that's certainly not clear and this wasn't a proactive announcement on the President's part to put Romney on the spot. |

Meh. I'm not convinced Biden had that much to do with it. President Obama endorsed same-sex marriage Wednesday, capping days of frenzied speculation about his views and intensifying pressure from gay campaign donors that began with surprising comments on the issue over the weekend by Vice President Biden. http://www.washingtonpost.com/politi...WDU_story.html |

Are you asking me about superintelligent AI, or suggesting I run society? If the former, I suggest turning to Lori, or to Loin if Lori gets an obvious boner from discussing it. If the latter, there's no way I'm desperate enough to take THAT job. |
