Title is unclear; is this about banning the use of aborted fetuses in food or about eating legislation which bans aborted fetuses?

The bill, introduced Jan. 18 by State Sen. Ralph Shortey, prohibits the manufacture or sale of "food or any other product intended for human consumption which contains aborted human fetuses in the ingredients or which used aborted human fetuses in the research or development of any of the ingredients." So we can still put aborted fetuses in cat food?

Is this really something you'd like to admit, Oerdin?
I'd hate to admit to eating at McDonald's. Luckily, I don't. Foetuses however....
