You have a higher BMI than 100% of males aged 15-29 in your country And yet I see people fatter than me every day...broken website is broken. I am morbidly obese though. I'm trying to replace my food addiction with a cocaine addiction. It'll have the exact opposite effect that my food addiction has. Best. Idea. Ever.

Edit: Also surprised Ethiopia isn't dead last.

imawlBoli 07-14-2012 10:21 AM

I am just over 6 feet tall.

Before my injury I was 199lbs - my BMI was 27. I watch what I eat and stay in pretty good shape so I am pretty defined and lean.

Now I am 180lbs but I am really weak, I could barely do 10 dips the other day (dips were normally one of my best exercises). My new BMI is 25, Hooray!

My girlfriend says that I am disappearing, she is right. I lost a lot of mass in the chest area and about an inch in the waist.

When I Acupuncture, I now bore myself staring at self-captured shirtless pics.

EDIT: Zed, I hope this post does not invade your territory, if so I apologize. That comment was like a gay man in a tree with a 45 BMI: low-hanging fruit.

You are absolutely delusional. At the same height, I can see my ribs with 30 pounds on you.

What size is your waist?

31/32. 21bmi is normal range. 18.5 and under is underweight. I realize it seems I am underweight in the overly bloated society we live in, but for most of human history people were thin. I am at the low end of normal, and barring a bed ridden illness, I should be ok. By end of summer I will probably be down to 150ish... damn this heat. 135 would be the beginning of underweight. Which is what I was when I left HS. Doctors just say I am lucky.

get someone to smell your breath, if it smells of sweetcorn you are malnourished

BPitt 07-14-2012 10:54 AM

BMI: 21, 68 kg, 1.82 m, in pretty good shape.
Basically swimming when I have time.

As for nutrition, I've been constantly changing my diets.
I'm exaggerating about having super healthy diets on an on and off basis.
There are those periods when I just eat tons of junk, but always remain at the same weight. I just hope it stays that way. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ies/laugh1.gif

You justify your boyish figure with the historical human model... really Zedd?

If you want to live comparably to humans from the majority of history, ditch the PC to work back-breaking hours and die at 35 of a common cold.

Most of human history... hahah. I like how you only apply that to your physique and not medicine, or technology, or politics.

you do know there is not a "base" "default" "human model" in medicine, technology and dare I say politics..

Will, those normal ranges have increased exponentially since I was born. 35 years ago, offensive linemen were considered huge at 205...today 300+ is the average and huge is 380+ and a RB is smallish at 205. I am not justifying anything, just pointing out we have bloated like crazy in less than 2 generations.

You do know there are classes that you can take to teach you how to better understand what you have read?

Of the things that I have listed (with the possible exception of politics), what has not changed exponentially in 35 years? Could you maybe draw a line between the change in technology and medicine to the fact that there are healthy and surprisingly quick 300 pounders?

Will, I AM EFFING IN THE NORMAL RANGE TODAY!!! what don't you get?

And the jury is still definitely out whether it is healthy to be a 300 pound sprinter. Football players do have a knack for dying in their 40's and 50's. All that mass cannot be good for the heart.

I do not get what is deluding you to think that the normal range for your height spans 100 lbs. Your shoulders should not touch, that is not normal.

If I woke up tomorrow at 155 pounds, I would be dead... for over a week.

Well, your view differs from the experts
http://men.webmd.com/weight-loss-bmi
A person with a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 is considered to be at a healthy weight. A person with a BMI of 25-29.9 is considered to be overweight. A BMI over 30 is considered obese. A BMI of 40 or above indicates that a person is morbidly obese. This can increases a person's risk of death from any cause by 50% to 150%. I'll go with them http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/cool1.gif

According to BMI, this man (the greatest athlete of all time) is obese >30 BMI:

I am glad to learn that you will accept that nearly every player in the NFL (or anyone that has the strength to move themselves out of their own way) is obese, in order to make yourself feel "normal".

There are different body types, you just happen to have one that resembles an Asian woman. I can see that you have over-accepted this. Good for you.

Hopefully there are a lot of lesbians out so you have a chance to get laid.

There are actually quite a few lesbians in this area... and those bitches got surprising game. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ies/devil1.gif

It always amuses me the ire most guys show them. Besides the fact that most are tubby uggo's with terrible hair, they are cool as ****. Next time when you see some, Will, instead of heading to the back booth to whisper insults about them like a 4th grader, sit down at their table and talk to them. You'd be surprised how similar they are to you.

In Zed's defense his body type and genetics probably lead him towards a slender body type. My friend is 38, about 5'6" and weighs about 110lbs. I have never seen a grown man throw back Big Macs faster in my entire life.

My mom is nearly 6 feet tall and her dad was 6'7". My dad's family was fairly similar in size ( on his father's side at least). There was zero chance of anyone of my parent's four Kids being small. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ies/laugh1.gif

shkarpet$ 07-14-2012 03:44 PM

6ft 1"
185lbs
38yrs
24Bmi
Lower than 80% of the UK
Most like someone from Macedonia.

Back up to my normal weight, i went under 140lbs a couple of years ago due to illness, damn scary time. Now i'm working on getting rid of those love handles, which is a lot harder these days, maybe due to my age? http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...es/unsure1.gif
