Actually you can, muscle tone does not mean what you think it means.

You could even have great muscle tone and be straight out fat, it's not the same as having low body fat.

Living in the real world (as I do) when someone is said to be "well toned", it means they have very little fat so you can usually see the outlines of certain muscles like pecs, abs etc which would be built up beyond a 'normal' state also.

Living in the real world, muscle tone is not what you have decided you want it to be.

Yes it is, because our definition is correct in this context, yours, is not.

Let the lad feel good about his unhealthy body. Shame on you all for taking that from him.

Not at all, your definition is incorrect, the medical definition of tone has nothing to do with having a low body fat content.

And someone with a low bmi can have awful muscle tone, I know a lot of people like that, technically they are the "ideal" weight, but struggle to lift anything heavier than 10lbs.

Let the lad feel good about his unhealthy body. Shame on you all for taking that from him.
I know I shouldn't feed the trolls, but I bet you're fatter than I am, most people in Michigan are.

I was amazed at all the fatties walking around when I lived there, you'd think somewhere with such a terrible economy couldn't support them all.

Here comes the feeding the trolls part.

This is me with my 28 bmi, and yes I could probably lift most of you up over my head and throw you.

Can't make this up.
And you wouldn't have to.

I am used to doing roofing and other construction oriented jobs, have you ever carried bundles of shingles 30 ft. up a rickety ladder on to a roof?

Have you ever carried several hundred pounds of bagged sand or gravel around as part of a job, or even just to help out some friends?

I have, very regularly my entire life.

If you weigh less than 250lbs I could pick you up over my head fairly easily.

And you are welcome to come by and test that out any time you'd like.

Will, there are 14 year olds around here who could probably outdo you in everything you could ever take any kind of pride in.

Anyway, for all your boasting, I still think you must be a very deeply unhappy person to have to try and attack everyone else all of the time.

Cheer up, you're not the biggest douchebag on earth, even if you are in the top five..it could be worse.

I was going to say the same thing to you.

My advice was a bit different though, I suggest that when you stop hating yourself and come to terms with the poor hand that you were dealt at birth, you come back to this thread and pretty much everything else you have ever posted here and realize how desperate you are for acceptance. It is really sad.

I bet you sleep like a baby though.

See, you can't even come up with anything original, you're like a parrot, only less imaginative and intelligent.

Must be hard to be stronger, faster and smarter than everyone else but have to settle with grunt work.

Keep it up, someone will discover you soon. hahahah.

Actually I enjoy physical labor, it pays just as much often enough and it's free excersize for 8 hours a day, with results you can actually look at and see.

I fail to see why that's a bad thing.

Actually this line of reasoning you're demonstrating paints an uglier picture of you than it does of anything else.

Just like pretty much everything else you ever say.

I think from now on I will call you mini-Spara.

well I'm over weight now, has everything to do with being married etc but still being in the Forces I can still run 3-5 miles with little or no trouble and I pass my annual fitness test comfortably

so all good with me,with my slight chubbiness and hell I have only 3 years of service left Ive served in Iraq,Afghanistan,Libya so I think Ive done my fair share and i'm officially on the wind down with 1 year left till my resettlement kicks in.

and I'll be glad to leave before the military implodes..

Nope.

I think you are too self absorbed to understand the difference though.

Your idea of "humor" is so masturbatory it's ridiculous.
