Conversation I just had:

Customer: I want a reconditioned PC tower.
Me: Sorry, we only have reconditioned laptops at the moment.
Customer: I wanted a tower.
Me: Sorry but we don't have any reconditioned ones. New ones start from £199 though.
Customer: Can you recondition one of those? How much would it be then?
