Default Is this a mission for 4chan?
http://www.nypost.com/p/news/nationa...kJYRAyDli8pJNJ
A Kentucky girl who was sexually assaulted now faces jail time for talking about it publicly.
Savannah Dietrich, 17, could be locked up on contempt-of-court charges for tweeting the names of her attackers after they allegedly got a sweetheart plea bargain, according to a published report.
Dietrich, who was molested while passed out at a party by the sick creeps, told the Louisville Courier-Journal newspaper that she was outraged because the boys were given a deal that she thinks is “very, very light.”
The judge in the case had further protected the sex fiends by placing a gag order that barred Dietrich from talking about what happened to her.

“I was crying as she [the judge] was reading that,” Dietrich said. “They got off very easy . . . and they tell me to be quiet, just silencing me at the end.”
But she tweeted her attackers' names anyway, and now faces time behind bars for violating the order.
“There you go, lock me up,” tweeted Dietrich, who agreed that her name be made public although she is a sex-crime victim. “I’m not protecting anyone that made my life a living Hell.” Pretty awesome of her. This judge should be shamed out of her job.

judges name: Deana "Dee" McDonald, http://apps.courts.ky.gov/contactlist/addresslist.aspx?

Will Frey. Austin Zehnder the molester's.

Sounds more like its a mission for reddit, considering 4chan is the precise type of filth that would encourage a shooting.

Deplorable actions on the Judge's part. However, there are far too many "cry-wolf" scenarios in sexual abuse cases.

I wonder what the evidence was/if there is anything concrete.

She passed out, they undressed her, fondled and filmed her and then shared the video. This isn't a case of cry wolf.

While I am certainly one who will say it is a bad idea to go down that dark alley short cut if you are a girl, and drinking heavily falls in line with that dark alley, it is not the same as saying she deserved it. She made a bad decision drinking enough where she would pass out, they made a worse decision thinking her passed out gave them carte blanche to do with her as they wished, and shouldn't get a hand slap and it all covered up.

Dietrich said she was sexually assaulted by two teen boys she knew in August 2011. She had been drinking at a gathering, she said, and became unconscious. Months later she learned that pictures of the incident had been taken and shared with others.

“For months, I cried myself to sleep. I couldn’t go out in public places,” she told the newspaper, as her father, Michael, and attorneys sat nearby. “You just sit there and wonder, who saw (the pictures), who knows?”

Yes, this is a case for 4chan and the public. Her getting drunk at a party hurts no-one but her. Those men molesting here, taking pictures of it, and sharing it qualifies as attempted rape in my opinion. Their actions are inexcusable.

As bad as what they did is, and as bad as the judges decision the fact remains she broke the law. As to 4chan that place is full of hackers and vile human beings.

Sometimes we have a moral obligation to break stupid laws.

Oh, I fully expect her to go to jail for a day or 2 for contempt. In the meantime, I have no negative feelings about 4chan sending pizza's to the Judge and griefing her and the boys until they are suicidal. Sounds to me like the type of grief the girl endured because of these boys and the judges decisions. All of them deserve to be tarred and feathered, the DA too. I hope this decision costs them all their employment for the rest of their lives.

I will disagree with this. Fondling/boob grabbing and pictures unclothed does not equal rape. Rape is Rape. This is assault/sexual assault, and should be treated as such. If it was 1 year ago, then she was 16 and so too, likely were the boys. That they didn't rape her when they obviously could have, is at least something in their favor. Does that mean I think this should be hushed or whitewashed, no, but what they did was bad enough without having to equate it to something much worse in rape.

I think if you don't want to be mushroom stamped or tea bagged or completely covered in permanent marker or inhale fart after fart , you shouldn't pass out.

I wonder if anyone has died from an abundance of methane inhalation due to a group dutch oven.

Savannah Dietrich, 17 The boys pleaded guilty on June 26 to first-degree sexual abuse and misdemeanor voyeurism. Someone explain how photographing a 17 year old girl being sexually assaulted isn't creating child pornography.

Was she actually ... umm how do I say this , sexed up ? IE penetrated ( snickers ) ? The term "molested , raped and sexual assault " are very ambiguous.

Because I'd like to think we live in a civilized society where it's not OK to sexually assault women and take photos of it. The fact that 2 people can do this to a woman, get a slap on the wrist, and then the victim gets told to keep her trap shut is beyond disturbing. It's important to bring issues like these to light, because women deserve the right to NOT be the victim of sex crimes.
