I saw this posted on The Loop - it was pretty funny.

I don't really understand the whole 'unboxing video' fetish on YouTube, but there you go.

Neither do I. My new Dell XPS 15 laptop has just arrived, and will be doing a video review. I specifically stated in the thread that I won't do unboxing lol.

I think unboxings are just a case of "OMG LOOK WHAT I HAVE THAT YOU DON'T!".

Saying that, I may do an unboxing video of the Kebab I will be shortly eating.

Both me and my brother pronounce it as "A-suse"

Anyways, my brother just got his in and has been playing around with it. He's not happy with the charge method on it though. Since he's disabled in a power wheelchair, he has 12v plugs on his chair to power his phone and laptop. For some reason, the Nexus 7 refuses to charge from the standard 12v to 2x 5v USB adapter he uses for his phone. Even using his phone charge cable plugged into the Nexus7 doesn't work.

And I'm waiting for him to try out playing videos on his. On my Epic, all my video's with 5.1 sound will not play any audio. I am hoping this is not the case with the Nexus7 since I would like the ability to grab my videos off the network on the fly without the need to transcode them.
