Well, I'll give him credit for using Fairuzu Balk in 'The Waterboy".
I can't stand most of his movies - even the trailers on TV - but he has done a couple of good (IMO) movies.

Agreed, he has done a few good movies. But the vast majority are complete and utter trash.

There is apparently a market for the drivel that features Adam Sandler. And he gets rich catering to his audience. I think that is a pretty sure sign that he's doing something right, that he's giving certain people what they want. There is really no topping that when you ask if what he does has quality.

Of course, that doesn't mean that other audiences (people without brain tumors, for instance, and or like EaG) have to like it.
