I bet it tallies the overall guest list for a 24 hour period, there aren't 4000 people here right now simultaneously or there would be more forum activity.

It means there were 4000 guests online at the time the OP was posted.

I can confirm that the user was banned by direct username only, but I reversed it, so he should be able to post.

I have sent him a PM advising him that I will be investigating this matter, and like to him I am requesting that the matter is not brought up until I have come to the conclusion.
