I just got off the phone with Scottsdale police, he now lives in Surprize, AZ, the Scottsdale police checked his ID records. They are aware, the Surprize police are aware and on the way I guess. I am on hold with them.

I wasn't too happy without a callback at this point, so I called again. The police DID find him, and he has been transferred to a hospital. The could not tell me if he was conscious or not, or anything about his condition other than he is alive and being treated right now. Keep hoping guys.
