No, it's not true.

Tinakelly, you're already well aware of this FPS debate since you've probably been here for a dozen iterations of it. Why are you posting it again? Are we really that desperate for something to talk about here? Besides, it was mostly ignorant console gamers holding out back then and now that they have machines that can finally handle 60 fps (in some games) even they now know that it's not true.
