Hey guys my roommate is movin out and u am in need of someone. Just thought I would try n see if anyone is interested.

How much is rent?

how long is your existing lease?

About a block south of school on Downer ave. Rent is going to be around 450 a month plus gas and electricity, gas is nothing in summer, and cable/internet. looking for someone starting a lease june 1st.
