http://hexus.net/business/news/legal...injunction-us/

Quite the shocker rolled in late last Friday, as US District Judge, Lucy Koh, in San Jose, California, Apple home territory, ruled against Apple's request for a preliminary injunction against Samsung's Galaxy smartphone sales in the US withthe galaxy SIII due out next year , and with samsung with the new flexible OLED displays , apple might well be fighting a rear guard actions ,.

I used to coordinate and launch samsung products back in 08-09 on samsung.com; was part of their logistics and graphic design team as well (through another agency they outsourced to). Without Samsung apple would not have ipads or iphones. With samsungs latest technology they are on their way to becoming unstoppable. They've already overtaken apple in the smartphone market just by way of sheer volume.

Apple also lost its case against the Samsung tablets here in Australia last week. They will be available in time for Christmas. Seems like people are finally wising up.

You know what? I think Steve Jobs was trolling when he started this war on Android. It looks like the quickest way to insure the company dies after he did.
