I hear the cocaine is excellent there. While you're there, check out the Castillo de San Cristóbal. Outside the fort, you'll find the neighborhood called La Perla. Look around for kids with tackle boxes. They'll be the ones to help you out. Not quite a Hamsterdam, but pretty close.

I am slightly worried/excited that everybody thinks cocaine is an essential part of the PR experience.

From other people I've heard that PR food is fantastic, but the service is incredibly slow.

I've never taken it.
