Default Desktop Temperature.
I bought my new gaming desktop about 2 weeks ago and its running great. But I was wondering, what is a good temp for it to be around? Just lurking around in the internet it stays between 75 and 78, running WoW, usually 78-81. Is that bad for it or is it at the usual?

what are you using to measure temps, and are you measuring in Celsius or Fahrenheit?

the CPU core of your machine will likely under load (playing games) peak between 50 and 70 degrees C, your video card core maybe 100 depending on the actual card (yes you can boil water on a GPU, this is why they have massive heatsinks)

Just make sure all your fans are spinning and everything is well ventilated and you shouldn't have a problem outside of getting really sweaty if you're in a confined room or the heat is on, though it depends on your actual CPU.
