The 90s are alive in Portland
 

My understanding is that countries like Slovenia are still culturally in the 1990's today.

I miss the 90s, from 1992 to 1997 (before 1992 it was still very similar to the 80s, from 1998 on, it was similar to what the 2000s would be)
