Default Problem getting wedding photographs
A friend of mine messaged me about a very annoying problem.

Her friend (who has just had major surgery) was married in June and got their photography done from a place/person, who seemed good.

It is now Decemeber and no word on albums etc, they have all their pics online in a passworded gallery which they have the password to etc but for some reason the company wont reply to texts/emails/phone/written letters.

They have done wedding since and other people have got their pics/albums. This couple however have ad zero communication of any kind. VERY odd imo.

The place is: http://www.northfieldphotography.co.uk/

I keep thinking its a communication error with respect to phone/email, but they have even written letters!! wtf is going on?

Is there anything they can do? court? what?

Did they send the letters recorded delivery? Have they paid in full? Have they considered visiting the photographer? Could you try and phone the number that they are getting no answer on and see if you could enquire about a phoney booking to see if you get a call back?

Can they get the pictures in high res from the website? I'd be tempted to get them and then pass to another photographer for touching up and printing.

Their site has a passworded thing, however right click is disabled and all images are watermarked anyway.

The friend that asked me the favour/advice said she strangely could save the images to her blackberry WITHOUT watermark! its a pain though as there are 700 images!
